JingoMCS return

There may be some hope to reunite Jingo and the community. If we all get behind Rick and show him support, he does not mind opening another server. I am sure everyone misses the old towny, and this could be a second chance at things. Would you guys support Rick and the server if he were to create a new Jingo?
