I wear a size 10 wide and after reading reviews, I ordered one size up. They are a bit roomy but they fit like a glove when I wear them with thick socks. These are warm, soft and cute but most importantly, they have good arch support. However, it's more subtle than the pair of arch support flip-flops I wear but I have no issues with the difference. I wear these indoors but the soles are solid and they can be worn outside. I wouldn't take a walk around the neighborhood in them. These are good for going outside in the morning to get the mail or the newspaper.

I haven't washed them yet so I can't comment on how well or horrible they look afterwards. The washing instructions says, "gentle wash, cold and air dry."

I ordered these slippers to replace some that just didn't keep my feet warm. These met my needs. In addition to some nice faux fur lining which helps the warmth and softness, the slippers have a good arch support. I don't intend to wear these outdoors but it is nice to have a waterproof sole so I can get out for the mail without changing into shoes. I wear a size 7 shoe and ordered the 7-8. When I first put them on, I was concerned they were going to be too large. After wearing them for a while, the size was perfect. There's a little extra room in the toes which will disappear when I wear heavier socks. I believe these are a quality product that will last me for a long time.

I like these so much that I ordered a second pair in case the style isn't available again when these wear out (which likely won't be for a long time because they're well constructed). They're keeping my feet comfortable. I like the level of warmth and the fact that my toes have wiggle room. The pile, stitching, and other materials are sturdy. The soles are sturdy enough to wear outdoors. I might replace the insoles. The existing ones offer some arch support, but I like more. However, that's going to be easy, and, frankly, since I'm mostly wearing these while relaxing, it's not much of an issue. It's so nice to buy something online and be pleased with the results.

Absolutely love these slippers. They are so warm, comfortable and a joy to greet me in the morning. Normally my feet are cold all day and it runs up my ankles. I've tried many down slippers and even shoes but these slippers are a combination in that they have a firm sole and super furry lining that keeps the ankle warm too. I just love them.
