Crash Site Options

Have Gil focus on missions even as the Draenei are recovering from their crash, risking the possibility of looking heartless or at least weird as hell in return for credits and mission rewards.

Any time that Gil doesn’t need her as a bodyguard, assign Ireena to assist one of the Draenei leaders in return for goodwill or monetary rewards.

Any time Gil doesn’t need her, have Ireena out gathering wood and other supplies for the skyblock. We need firewood and we need shitty clubs for the armory.

Have Snow serve as a diplomat of sorts, passing out excess food and establishing ties with the Draenei.

Brew a pot of healing tea and distribute it freely. This will provide substantial goodwill that we can trade upon.

Negotiate for as many weapons and sets of armor as we can get our hands on. The Draenei are a people who have been at war for a long, long time.

Try to buy one of the Draenei survivors’ souls using a Healing Leaf and/or antidote. We are almost out, but if someone (or someone’s loved one) is on the verge of death they might be willing to make that deal. Draenei are, in general, large and physically strong. They also all have a minor inborn ability to heal people which they will be able to access in their own world and possibly the skyblock if nothing else.

Approach Candress violently. She’s part of a fairly antagonistic faction of elves and partly responsible for the crash; we might as well just kill her. This will be relatively risky, but quick.

Approach Candress diplomatically in order to get in close to her. This will take longer, but allows for more tricky or creative options to work.

Try to convince Candress or one of her underlings to come back with you to the skyblock. Theres no future for her here in enemy territory, but most blood elves are at least minor mages and Gil has soul talent now.

Capture Candress by whatever means necessary. She’s a pretty elf, she’s ruthless, and she’s got magic. We can use that, or alternatively we can sell that. This is the slowest method of completing the mission, unlikely to pay off for a few days, so we won’t be able to do additional missions if we go with this.

Use the Waters of Lethe to reformat one of the blood elves into a loyal and loving slave or servant. Get that love confession capture and a loyal combatant all in one fell swoop! This will require that Gil essentially babysit them while they are suggestible if we want to be sure we can keep them.

Try to recruit Draenei mage by offering to provide help; she’s not all powerful or anything but she knows a wide selection of minor spells, mostly but not exclusively oriented around combat. Warcraft mages operate by manipulating raw magic, so they might be able to use their powers in other worlds if they can get their hands on raw magical energy.

Try to recruit a Draenei huntress by offering to provide help; she’s got excellent skill at outdoor survival, which is something of a weakness of the current party. She also knows magic meant to enhance her skills as a marksman and tracker, which Gil could plausibly learn and might even be able to use in other worlds, since it’s very poorly explained in the lore.

Save our stamp for later. These people might not be the best selection this world has to offer. Keep in mind that Gil will probably never have completely free run of the world.

Buy a Capture Sphere and try to nab some of the local wildlife. That’s likely to be a gigantic moth; a moderately worse combatant than Blackpaw (to start with) but likely to be more loyal and cooperative with Snow. Will also give us the credits we need to see the next Perk for Beastmaster Sphere: Nuzlocke Rules
