25: Laws of the Jungle: you gain the ability to establish laws pertaining to non-sentient wildlife, and can use physical transformations as punishments. Animals in company spaces can be passively empowered up to tier 4, and can be programmed to follow the laws
25: Dragon Heritage: grants a strengthened bipedal dragon form, elemental affinity with one of the dragonflights, and serves as a prerequisite for additional powerful abilities.
