How to use the Zubat Card

Use it for a full power swap on Gil himself. This will let him fly, drain life, and use echolocation, with some possibility of more moves in the future. He will need to relearn some spellcasting abilities, but most of what he has right now came from a week or two with Soul Talent and tutoring. Gets him a gacha.

Give Gil the ability to fly. Mobility is king.

Give Gil the ability to echolocate. The ability to see without the use of one’s eyes is generally pretty useful.

Give Ireena the ability to confuse people with a supersonic scream. Very off brand for cow lady, but it would make dealing with crowds easier.

“Sell” Terra by turning her into a Zubat, thus immediately giving us another character card (Angel), 5 credits, and the ability to buy Boco a stable. Zubat is a massive downgrade, but whatever. It’s not like Gil is invested in that world outside of its ability to provide him with shinies and medicine.

Give Boco the ability to fly, turning him into a black chocobo and doubling down on the need to keep him around. Peak transportation.

Turn Mei into a pseudo-vampire, instantly making her drastically more useful to the away team in the Lands Shrouded in Mist and getting us a gacha.

Keep the card with the intention of selling it at the Bazaar. Onyxia (or someone else) would probably like an instant power up to tier 3 they can apply to anyone in their retinue.
