We need a bruiser with Rose temporarily gone. Give Ireena the powers of Cow Lady.

Give Gil Soul Talent, making him dramatically quicker to pick up all sorts of magic. He will need a teacher and many systems are limited by world unless jailbroken, but he could pick up the basics very quickly indeed.

Give Snow Soul Talent. She’s never going to be a melee fighter at this rate, but she could learn SOME kind of magic that way.
