Rose in Brockton. What’s that crazy scamp going to get up to, and what did we send her with?

Fly under the radar as much as possible. Just get a feel for Flechette’s job and life and maintain her position as a well regarded member of the wards. This will make all other options harder, but also less likely to backfire.

Reveal her new powers to the PRT. No use keeping them secret, that’s likely to be far more suspicious.

Try to seduce Vista. We don’t actually *know* if retinue members can complete missions on Gil’s behalf, but it couldn’t hurt. Of course, Vista is also fairly straight from what we see on screen in worm/ward, so that might not pan out.

Try to infiltrate the Merchants and get a ribbon. Same issue as with Vista, but probably more so. She’s only 18, and the PRT doesn’t usually set up sting operations with active duty heroes that don’t have powers lending themselves to it.

When on patrol and making arrests, try to copy what she saw Gil do, offering to let people go if they sell her their souls. She might end up sounding a bit deranged, especially if she doesn’t actually have the ability to do that. On the other hand, this could be very profitable if it *is* possible. Best to use it on random druggies and nazis; if any of them talk she can claim it’s a scare tactic.

Research parahuman studies and come up with a plausible bullshit explanation for Gil’s “powers.” Preferably one that doesn’t make it sound like he’s on par with Eidolon in sheer power and versatility.

Whether or not she has an explanation, spend the time establishing a good rep for Gil. Declare that he’s responsible for her new powers if she reveals them, making him out to be some kind of super-empowering being.
