How do we engage with the Bad End timeline? It’s guarding Nefarian’s past, but it’s technically possible for us to bypass.

We send Lividia in to check it out, explore, and gather data about how this works. It’s literally impossible for her to be meaningfully harmed long term

Soridormi says that there should be a handful of “guardians” maintaining the integrity of the whole timeline. Figure out who they are and send Death Seekers (Brox’s perk) to try to kill them. Eventually one of them will be strong enough to succeed.

So… odd thought. Is alternate timeline Nefarian actually a Tester? He was made by the old gods, sorta? Is his retinue protected, and if not, can we get extra copies of all our own heavy hitters and utility characters?

If he IS a tester, maybe we could kill him and get an entire world that has been pre-subdued? I mean. It probably wouldn’t be easy to do, but if he’s openly ruling the world we might be able to take him down.

Test to see what happens if a demon or hero dies in an alternate timeline. If they can be resurrected just fine then we can use them as an assault team.
