-3: Proliferation of mind control. There will be at least one form of mind control that is reasonably common in the world, whether it is magic, chemical, or tech based. Likely weaker than company stuff but available and known
-4: Mind control will be considered socially acceptable. Dosing someone with a love potion could be seen as pathetic, romantic, or rude but it’s certainly not rape, no sir.
