Erich was not as lucky as he was in his first test, but he still landed the Freemium tier. What binding did he get?

Open Hands- No binding to speak of, though love confessions still work. To compensate he has a cool 25 credits for his starting build, which he can spend on raw power.

Soul Trap- We at The Company find the way that people in Tamriel capture souls in soul gems for enchanting to be rather interesting. With this binding, you will be able to do just that. You will start with both the standard soul trap spell and a variant that allows you to remove the soul from a helpless or willing person or creature. Souls can be placed into these soulless bodies, or edited with standard enchanters tools. 15 starting credits. Upgrades available.

I owe you my life- People in the land of Skyrim are notoriously needy, a reputation that is somewhat overstated in most variants of this world. Normally you will only be given missions for major world events or large scale quests. With this binding, many (but certainly not all) people you may encounter will have personal missions you may do for them. Upon completion, you may either capture them or accept an alternate reward. 5 credits., but high growth potential.

Hypnosis App- alas, Erich isn’t likely to get his hands on the kind of heavy ordinance Neffie has been throwing around. That said, I don’t think an infinitely reusable Orb of Entrancement will upset anyone. At least assuming he’s careful about using it. Starting budget of 5 credits.
