How will we be structuring our training?

Whatever works: everyone beneath a certain power level is to independently find someone to train them who is stronger. Most overall power up, least cohesion

Entourage: each big name is encouraged to hand pick and gather up a small support team and see to their training personally. Generally this means picking up up people with complementary skillsets

Class is now in session: Every big name in the retinue is to take on 5-10 apprentices to personally teach and develop into “replicas” as much as possible.

Standardized: create a proper army with huge masses of largely interchangeable troops, with “hero units” being the valuable exceptions rather than the rule

Elites: do not bother training anyone who isn’t already either a unit (trained with an ancient) or already quite powerful. Our best trainers have limited time and attention and a very baseline level of training is all the mooks need

The next generation: take our big names with teachable skills out of the field to focus on training rookies full time.
