So what’s the itinerary for Barovia?

Get some goddamn clothes and food, maybe some tools and a sewing kit. Until we have them, we ignore anything that gets fewer votes than this option on the poll unless it makes itself Gil’s problem or is extremely low hanging fruit.

Rob some houses, especially abandoned ones. Grab whatever is even remotely valuable and toss it through the portal. You’re likely to get a lot more junk than useful stuff, but you can get a lot of firewood at the very least.

Have Snow do some scavenging through abandoned houses if Gil goes to do anything dangerous. It’s not like she’s going to be in danger from angry wild animals.

Rescue a cute redhead with moderate combat ability from an extremely dangerous stalker. Gil knows of a safe place she can hide out, but she has a few things she needs to do before she leaves town. This is the good guy option, for sure.

Do the mission. Ask around about Dream Pastries and see if he can get his hands on one. From the reward’s value, it doesn’t seem like it would be excessively difficult. This will also unlock the next mission.

Do the next mission, if we have time and it doesn’t seem too dangerous. It involves robbing a large and expensive item from a haunted house.

Try to capture something in the beastmaster sphere. In this world the most likely target for them to find will be a wolf. Not easy prey, but the men here sometimes hunt wolves for meat and pelts when desperate so Gil might find a group to help him.

Let Snow take point on capturing a wolf with the Beastmaster sphere. She has the monster tamer tag; she’ll be a natural!

Stamp a minor vampire that is currently trapped in a basement. Gil is flat out not equipped to fight something like that, so he’d probably just let it go and hope it doesn’t do too much damage in 3 days. Cold blooded but profitable.

Capture a (conveniently 18 year old at time of death) ghost girl if he can manage it. She is capable of possessing people, but not a strong combatant otherwise.

Make his own missions by promising to do things for people in return for their souls. He can’t sell someone until he follows through on the deal. Promise to find and bring back an older woman’s daughter from an unknown fate.

Make a deal with a modestly powerful magical priest to save his son (who is currently a vampire) without destroying him. There are lots of ways to save a vampire from its fate in the multiverse, and a cleric might be useful in the meantime.
