SS13 Goonstation: Do you think puffer jackets should be winter only?

Customizable clothing is a hot topic on Goonstation13! The removal of puffer jackets surprised a good few people who didn't know they were planned to be seasonal. I wanted to poll the community to see how people feel about this, and whether they would rather they stay available year-round. Hopefully this gets a good amount of attention so that dev's and the moderation team can get a decent idea of the community's thoughts! (comments are welcome)
