Negligent Discharge Voting Extravaganza!

I'm going to be taking a break from this project for a month; thus, a month-long poll for what ND story I'll start on in December. This poll is going to be different from the norm: all options will be on the table, and there are no restrictions. Bot for your favorite option or just vote repeatedly on one IP, use a VPN, get wild. Running results will be public, so use that to coordinate or despair. Whatever option gets the highest number of votes will win-- with one exception: If I see a vote from North Korea, that option wins regardless of the number of votes. If they voted for multiple options, then only those options will be considered (and will then be based on number of votes like usual). Wouldn't want to upset the dear leader... Note: you can now only fill out the poll once per browser session. Closing the window and re-opening should allow you to go again. The poll would be limited to 1000 votes otherwise.
