[Second Poll] Should use of Peacock Server be allowed for Hitman 3 speedrun.com submissions (PC runs only)?

Sorry if you already voted, please vote again! Thank you. Also note that I have simplified poll to just have 2 options this time. Peacock is a custom server replacement that allows PC players to play Hitman 3 levels with a rating screen and SA indicator HUD even when not connected to IO's official servers. (You will still have to connect to the Internet initially, to verify game ownership). Peacock also unlocks all items automatically, to save you from the mastery grind. Peacock has been shown to have several notable advantages over the vanilla version. For instance, many in-game actions have less lag, and there is no more server lag with the SA tracker as well. The scoring system may also work slightly different in edge cases. On the other hand, Peacock may be invaluable to the long term health of the game in general, as a replacement for when IO's official servers go down.
