Poll on "10 second rule" for resets in full game runs (excluding Bangkok).

Poll will affect full game Hitman 3 leaderboards of speedrun.com (https://www.speedrun.com/hitman_3/full_game).
The current reset policy is that if you reset less than 10 seconds into a run (barring a few exceptions like forgetting your starting location/ loadout), the time of the reset is increased to 10 seconds; in other words there is a 10 second reset floor.
The rule will remain in place for Bangkok default start strategies in full game in any case, due to a cutscene exploit where you can tell Jordan cycle RNG based on how he moves in the cutscene, and reset mid-cutscene if there is bad Jordan RNG for zero in-game time penalty.

But is it fair to enforce the "10 second minimum reset rule" for maps other than Bangkok?
Following pros and cons is the summary of arguments I've heard (my interpretation, feel free to ignore if you have your own established opinion).
Pros of keeping the 10 second rule for non Bangkok maps:
-Discourages excessive resetting early into the run, especially after watching long cutscenes between each attempt (some will consider it abuse of in game timing policy).
- Encourages people to find more consistent setups, at least for beginning of run
Cons of 10 second reset rule
- Who are we to police how people do their full game runs, if you insist on playing with no resets maybe that is better as a personal challenge.
-Related to above point, it is arguably already faster to go for risky strategies + resets, regardless of the 10s rule. In Miami SASO for instance resetting the 25s strategy a few times is already better than going for a consistent 1 minute + strategy.
** Both poll answer options below will exclude the 10 second reset floor for cases where the player had to reset from wrong starting location or loadout. It is not written in the poll options for brevity.**
