Sergei Rachmaninoff was one of the final romantic composers. His intellectual inheritance included the styles of Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Rimsky-Korsakov & Scriabin. Though his works primarily spanned the piano. He did write for orchestra.
Here his works with an orchestral accompaniment or fully orchestral scoring are listed, you can pick up to ten of these works to include among your favorite works by this great master. I have elected to include his choral works with orchestral parts as they are few enough and sport strong enough orchestration to be considered among the others. This list likewise contains works which are incomplete and or lost in their orchestral form.
