Should Capture The Flag be a more chill gamemode?

This would make CTF last sixty minutes long, with a single round and the Intel cap limit raised to five. I can change the duration, win limit and cap limit depending on mob vote. Currently the server is configured for "chill mode", but I want to be sure that people agree with this idea.

Keep it with the other server settings (multiple rounds, normal map timer)
