I chose to go to AKFA University because I like being part of a diverse student body. The world is a big place, and I thought attending a big school would better prepare me for life in the real world. My university has a very strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country.
I want to study at the university with a stimulating environment as I have always lived-in major cities where I can go to cafes, to museums and sport events as a part of my everyday life. AKFA University has top professors, good location and infrastructure and accessible to everything. It has a strong English Language programme which would be perfect as I’m interested in it. English always comes easily to me and I have got lots of achievements in this sphere. For instance, in year 2020 I became a winner in “English Language Olympiad” which was held in “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers International House-Toshkent Academic Lyceum”. Also, I put an aim to become popular all around the world as our compatriot Alpharabius who has known 70 foreign languages and has written many books. As many greatest people came from Uzbekistan which has a very long and rich history. According to my love and respect for my country (Uzbekistan), I’m also interested in other humanitarian sciences as History of Uzbekistan and Uzbek Language and that’s why in year 2020 I took part in History and Uzbek Language Olympiads and got a 2nd place for History and a 3rd one for Uzbek Language. Given AKFA University’s notable reputation and history, I would be excited by the opportunity to attend such a strong and knowledgeable institution.
English Language as a field of study is very practical — it is the study of applying ideas. English Language majors learn how to research information using quantitative skills, and then develop ideas based on that information to solve problems.
My professional goal is to become a teacher for “Presidential School” in Tashkent after successfully completing my bachelor's degree. The opportunity to evolve into the high-level education that the bachelor programme gives will expand and deepen my knowledge in this field and provide me a great advantage in the labor market. Additionally, besides major study area, English Language is the reason I wish to participate in my future, which are courses I was highly interested in but did not have a chance to study deeply. My future aims would allow me to gain more knowledge about developing effective English Language as a science in the country and organization.
