What FTTH OSP design do you prefer? For reference I call “drops” the cable that goes from customer to nearby terminal/splice enclosure and “feeder” is the source of signal. I appreciate your input.

Short ~100 ft terminal/splice enclosure tail spliced to the 12,24,48 etc feeder

Long 200 ft + terminal/splice enclosure tail spliced to the 12,24,48 etc feeder or nearest mainline splice
