Which information set should the Info Chapter include?

Remember, an Indo chapter is always found under a new chapter. So there might be spoilers if you want to read the info chapter first. However, it is easier to read the info chapter with the most current information in preparation for the next chapter. But then you have to remember the information or go back to the info chapter.
So info for the actual chapter or info to better start the upcoming chapter?
