The Empire's population is growing rapidly, as there are now 2 times as many citizens in the Empire's provinces as there were decades ago. While the population grows, our education system fails to accommodate properly all those who seek education, let alone the entire populace. We believe that an educated population is a key to a stronger nation, and therefore would like to have every child in the Empire educated properly in various fields. We propose a bill to help educators and educatees throughout the mandatory education period: - Let the mandatory education period be twelve years long. - Let the mandatory education period educate our young about math, history, science, English, Latin, citizenship, literature, tax management, and law. - Let the mandatory education period include teaching each educatee a profession of their choosing. - Let there be one educator per twenty educatees during the said mandatory education period. - During said mandatory education period, let there be home classes that only number twenty educatees. - Let there be at least one mandatory education facility per thousand citizens. These points would ensure each educator could properly educate their educatees and grant them the proper attention they deserve. In addition, each educatee would be educated properly and will know at least a single profession by the time they finish their mandatory education period.
