Option B: Maryland Changes its season to the Newly Proposed Seasonal Baseline (Closes August for Striped Bass Harvest and targeting in Maryland, in exchange it Reopens May 1-15th for harvest and opens “Catch and Release” during the month of April when the Striped Bass Female Spawning Stock are most Fecund.
