Option 39
Split North and South. The forested areas, iconic Bay Area, and northern mountains are an extension of Cascadia. SF, San Jose, Oakland, Berkeley, Sacramento. Apparently, it's the leading tech hub as far as I know of until Texas yee-haw, haw, has its way with Houston. From the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Silicon Valley I guess, to the Queen Mary, Angel Bridge, Hollywood Sign, and Chinese Theatre. In the South, you have Hollywood and the location of the most iconic movie memorabilia as well as a large base in stuff like medicine, agriculture, manufacturing, and sand. A whole lot of desert is down here. It's essentially Mexico or Arizona. Industry and Technology, Arts and Manufacturing, Desert and Snow, limited water, and every polar opposite. It's essentially a mini U.S. in terms of environment. BEAR, STAR, and GOLD. Three elements I cannot stress enough despite the fact that you can't see stars anywhere in this state, bears stay away from people, and gold is not in every river bed anymore as they pour it into the latest speed track. This flag - divided North and South, two completely different regions that California manages to hold together pretty well for the most of it. I congratulate you. For your rising economy. You manage to make yourself the best and worst of it at the same time. Oh, and if you turn the flag on its side, you can see green, white with brown in the middle, and then red. It's a little nod to Mexico that I didn’t intend until I found out about it. MEXICO STRIKES AGAIN.
