Which of Beethoven’s String Quartets do you enjoy?

Ludwig van Beethoven is known for many things, symphonies, concerti, overtures &c. But one aspect of his work I have not explored in great depth would be his chamber music, specifically his exceptional string quartets. These few cycles of pieces are among the best of the classical era and style. He had mastered and revolutionized the form in a similar way as he did from Haydn with the symphony. Beethoven wrote 18 pieces for a string quartet ensemble : sixteen quartets, one a discarded finale, the other an arrangement from a piano sonata. Here you can choose up to 8 of these works you find appealing, stretching from his early Vienna period to his dying breaths, the String quartet was another spot in music which Beethoven would master. This poll was user requested, perhaps the most requested poll of mine since I started doing these. If you ever have suggestions, feel free to DM me on Reddit. Thanks as always for voting and watch out for the results!
