Sipho Zooid Meh-list - Which needs the most improvement?

Sipho has quite a lot of zooids and their possible combinations. Which Zooid do you think has the least utility and should be buffed? Spend the most points/move to top the Zooid that needs the most buffing - either make it more useful in general or add/strengthen its synergies with other Zooids.
