So what is the plan in Redridge? Pick as many as you like

Screw em. This would be a resource pit, threatened on all sides, and isn’t worth investing in.

Token effort: have the Rampant Lions set up in Redridge. Generally let them just function as an extension of the guards, getting some money, gear, and experience on the magistrate’s dime.

Investment: use the Rampant lions as a flagship program for Erich’s personal army, actively recruiting where possible. Send spare “socially acceptable” recruits their way and see about unlocking the regional mission for Redridge to give them a proper ultimate goal.

Takeover: Invest heavily into Redridge whenever there are resources to spare, including capture of the magistrate and marshal. Ultimate goal is to take Stonewatch keep as a proper base of operations to keep a garrison, some workshops, and a stockpile of equipment; a small castle overlooking a lake would be something of an upgrade from Abby’s shack.

Keep Auffrey as commander. This will divide her time between Redridge and Stormwind, but the Lions already know and respect her in this position. Another person might serve as the field commander.

Appoint Yanca as an officer. She has no qualifications, but she’s already there and is about to become notably stronger and faster than her peers thanks to body tune up.

Appoint Tony as an officer. What can I say. The guy is just solid, and Vanessa will be, or can get, a far more influential man on the inside with the Defias.

Appoint Sara Ladimore as an officer. She’s far more experienced than any of these green recruits, reasonably intelligent, and an excellent fighter.
