Streaming is Broadcasting. Royalties should be paid in the same way as radio broadcasts.

Session musicians are receiving no payment for streaming because the current law is out of date. Do you support the motion that the law should be updated so that streaming royalties are shared between musicians and record companies, at the same rates that radio broadcasts have been since 1996?
