Gavin Newsom drops out, endorsing Vice President Tim Kaine, after losing support from the Establishment. Vice President Tim Kaine gets the backing from the Establishment. Tulsi Gabbard, now running a third party campaign with RFK Jr as her running mate, is slamming the Democratic Party after polls show him ahead and a better candidate than Newsom. But the Progressives are united behind AOC, Sanders endorsed her since she is the heir to the Progressive Movement. But others in the Party fear that since this is going to be a landslide election for Republicans (they are up 14 points nationally) They shouldn’t nominate a progressive since it’ll hurt future progressive chances. Pete Buttigieg gets endorsed by Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi endorses Kaine. Gabbard says if John Bel Edwards wins the nomination, she will consider dropping out.
