The Top Two Bands Will Receive $10,000.00 Each!!!
The Metropolitan Atlanta High School Band of the Year (BOTY) Competition has narrowed down the Top 20 bands from surrounding counties including Atlanta Public Schools, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton, Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale Counties.
Our Top 20 list was selected based on a citywide survey and/or video submission. The Top 2 Bands in December will be performing at Mercedes Benz Stadium on December 13th, 2024, as the prelude to the ESPN HBCU Band of the Year. One of the two high school bands will be crowned Metropolitan Atlanta High School Band of the Year!
Each of the two high school bands will receive $10,000.00 for their participation. Fans are encouraged to vote!!!!
