We are going to the Lands Shrouded in Mist. What are we doing there?

Use Nuzlocke rules to capture the first animalistic creature we see. It’s free! This will likely be an elderly female wolf and may have several extra steps attached. But the binding is free!

Try to capture some kind of Seru; they are magical symbiotes. Pretty snazzy as a power up. Use a blue capture ticket if we have to free up space.

Buy a Beastmaster sphere and save it for a really big and scary monster if we run into one. It’s a JRPG world, there’s bound to be something worth catching! If we use the blue capture ticket, we can use both the free sphere and the purchased one.

Prioritize getting healing items and food from Rim Elm. This looks like setting people up to hunt animals and monsters in the immediate vicinity of the town, haggling for items, and networking with the hunters.

Prioritize the new mission by going through the new portal. There we will find the token girl of this RPG party, an energetic young woman raised by wolves. This looks like traveling cross country towards the top of a mountain, picking fights with fairly large and dangerous magical creatures, and possibly leaving behind anyone Gil sends/takes with him for logistical reasons.

Prioritize the old mission, trying to get in good with one of the powerful symbiotic creatures known as Ra-Seru. This means orchestrating things such that Gil’s most combat-capable good girls are placed strategically so as to become good hosts.

Prioritize the Arc mission, investigating the source of the mist.

Meh, stay out of trouble. Focus on self enrichment with minimal risk, stockpiling healing items and doors of light at all costs.

Try to manipulate the situation to separate a naive but very combat-skilled teenage girl from her semi-divine mother figure. This will allow us to work on each of them separately.

Prey upon the designated love interest’s concern for Vahn, getting a sorta-easy capture pact at the cost of committing at least some of your team to helping Vahn on his journey. Then again, he’s also headed towards the mountain so it might be worth it.

Use the relationship forgery to smooth over introductions with a powerful being that might otherwise be suspicious.
