Which CPU is better?

I'm hoping to run Network with 2-3 server and 1 to 2 server with about 100-200 people at the same time.

Make a choice:

I9 9900K (3.60 - 5.00) [Cores 8 - Threads 16]

9 3900X (3.80 - 4.60) [Cores 12 - Threads 24]

One vote per IP-Address allowed.

One vote per browser session allowed.

One vote per user account allowed.

One vote per unique code allowed.

Users can vote multiple times without limitation.
