Should the new 100-man timing rules prioritize simplicity or precision?

Our overall goal with the rules update is to remove any disadvantage due to varying set-ups, but there are a lot of ways to do that. Examples are included on the forum post and in the discord. Please share any additional thoughts you have on this question as well!
