Which build of Windows 10 is the last true build of Windows 10?

You see, Microsoft would make major changes to what are supposed to just be post-release builds of Windows 10. These builds can be required by certain applications or newer builds can break applications that worked on previous builds. Remember, that builds 10240 and 19045 (currently the latest (and possibly last) Windows 10-branded build available), are both branded as Windows 10, with build 19045 being a post-release build of Windows 10, in theory. However, when you compare these two builds, you will find them to be different enough. All the differences build 19045 has from the RTM release makes it qualify for a new Windows version (perhaps either Windows 10.1 or Windows 10.5?). However, build 19045 is still considered version 10.0, and is even branded as such in most cases. Also builds 22000 and 22621 are on here even though they are not branded as Windows 10, because they are still version 10.0 anyway, even if not branded as such. The differences between builds 19045 and build 22000 are similar to the differences between the original RTM release and build 19045. The safest option would be to consider build 10586 to be the last build, as it predates most of the really big changes Microsoft would make to CEMENT 10.0 from here on out. But I still could see arguments for builds 1904x due to still being branded as Windows 10, or even build 22621 due to still technically being version 10.0.
