It's revealed that the electric chair kills a person by 'tickling' them to death. Do you think this makes the electric chair more or less cruel?

The alternating electric current produces an intense tickling sensation all over the body. It's not painful, but more of an extreme tickling sensation. The diaphragm spasms up and down rapidly, and because of these spasms, there's a sound similar to muffle, very rapid (like it's been sped up 3x) laughter heard behind the shroud. It sounds like laughter because of the way the lungs are spasming. The cause of death is asphyxiation, and they are dead long before their body gets hot.
