What genre of Mozart's output should I arrange for the first video in my Analysis from the Arranger's Perspective Series?

So it's official. I've started a new series of videos on YouTube where I talk about how I go about arranging pieces, what makes some composers easier to arrange than others, and showing the arrangement itself. I have the introduction video out and the first arrangement video is to be of a Mozart arrangement. This is for 2 reasons. One of them is that I love Mozart's music. The other reason is that I can finish a Mozart arrangement really fast sometimes. Like it's not that unusual for me to finish arranging a Mozart piano sonata in 3 days.
However, with so many pieces to choose from, I need to narrow things down and I thought narrowing things down first by genre would be a good idea.
