Best time to hold Flash Quests?

You might know [Word Enchiladas], Quests designed to push noders to write prototypes with tight time restrictions (48 hours). In the past, these have happened over weekends, however not everyone has free time over those days. So I want to know what are the optimal times to hold future Quests. All other things being equal, which day(s) of the week suit you better to have a mini writing marathon? In which days do you have the most free time to devote? (choose all that apply to you and your situation)
