Signatures should be slow and sweeping, with distinct wind-ups and plenty of recovery frames for punishment. Think Bodvar.

There are currently a choice few legends who need more recovery and startup frames added to their sigs. Once those are dealt with, sigs will be in a good place.

Sigs are in a good place right now for the most part, but there are a few specific moves that need recovery and/or startup frames.

Sigs are just about perfect as they are now. It makes sense that more agile characters would have faster sigs.
