Is there merit to having a Hawke's Bay to Sgail category, perhaps as misc? On one hand this will save people who only have the vanilla Hitman 2 access pass from having to pay more for Bank/ Haven. On the other hand it's very redundant to have 2 categories (Hawke's bay to sgail and Hawke's bay to Haven) with 6/8 overlapping maps.
