The Undercity has a lot of problems. Obviously we have plans for the Scarlet Crusade, but what about the rest?

Strengthen the Bulwark: Erich could build some ancient protectors overlooking the mountain pass; that would go a long way towards fucking up the scourge attack squads.

Strike into the Plaguelands: long term we will do this either way, but are we starting in on this now? Are we poking the beehive that is Andorhol?

Pull out of Hillsbrad: Leave Southshore alone while Erich arranges for more amicable interactions to blossom.

Pull out of Alterac: let the syndicate be. Erich can take them over whenever he has time, right?

Crush Alterac: use forces taken from elsewhere to take down the Syndicate. With concentrated effort they will fall pretty quickly.

Crusader state of Alterac: if we are picking up Communication talent, might as well start sending captured scarlet missionaries to Alterac to slowly convert it into a Scarlet Crusader homeland. With the slightest level of moderation, the locals will probably be happy with the change

Pull out of Arathor: it’ll hurt the economy, but direct conflict with the alliance is a bad move (if you’re Erich)

Double down on Arathor: Stromgarde has some serious problems, if we could capitalize on them with company assets then the region could be ours.

Rebranding: they are the Forsaken, but most of the undercity faction is just dead people from Lordaeron. Lean into that, especially with Scarlet Crusaders getting captured left and right soon. Turn this into a grand crusade of the living and the dead against the Lich King. They might buy that, especially once we can take down High Crusader Dathrohan.

Killing with Kindness: try to build bridges with the humans in Silverpine through outreach programs like slaughtering their enemies and bringing them food and resources they need.
