Be mean spirited. Ursula is Erich’s property and he’d already decided to be nice about it, then this guy swoops in. Being a bit salty is justified.

Respect the hustle. It would be a bit hypocritical for Erich to be too upset about someone taking an opportunity to fuck his hot boss given his stable of two dozen slaves and counting. He is a bit of a threat, but we don’t need to be overly antagonistic about it.

Turn him female: if he wants to sleep with Ursula so badly, make him more her type. Compatible only with options that include his capture.

Pop a necklace on him. It’s a tragic waste of a necklace, but it’s also one of the most low effort and effective ways to remove him as a safety risk.

Literally kill him. Probably as part of a ritual for Ursula or Drusilla to summon a second imp. Then send him to Abby to be reanimated. Incompatible with Respect the Hustle.

Send him to join/work with the Brotherhood of Love and Beauty in the middle of a dangerous swamp populated by hostile wildlife and at least 3 factions of people that would kill or capture him on sight. They will treat him nicely and he will be given every opportunity to convert, but he isn’t going anywhere.
