When Erich leaves Northshire, how will he go about it? Current polls indicate he will be attempting to build his own faction with blackjack and hookers, but how will he pursue that goal?

Farm Big missions. Moderate and higher tier missions are the only way he has to get credits and serious world shaping mojo. Any time he isn’t at least generally working towards completing a moderate or higher mission is time wasted. Minor missions that don’t give mission tickets or a regional mission should be dismissed immediately if they aren’t exceptionally easy or appealing. Likely to lead to faster growth in power, Erich will be more of an opportunist

Farm minor missions while focusing on personal goals. Minor missions will usually be doable within a day or so, and are immediately replaced. They provide smaller bonuses, but those could accumulate if minor missions are prioritized. Higher tier missions should be ignored unless they are relatively convenient to do, provide an immediately applicable reward, or just seem like a lot of fun. Power will grow more slowly, but goals are less likely to substantially shift.

Ignore missions for the most part. Cycle through minor missions daily to see if anything is particularly appealing or easy, but only do missions at all if they directly contribute to current goals or are particularly convenient. This will mean that Erich rarely gets any new company resources, but he will not be wasting any effort on doing random side bullshit.
