FAQ regarding Neopass sounds like you can't disconnect it once you create it, and also if any issues arise, the only solution is deleting it completely, ALONG with ALL your connected Neo accounts. Is this intended? Is this what's actually gonna happen? This, paired with not being able to change the email (are you serious?), makes me not want to ever touch it. It's more of a risk than anything.

When will the game trophy code be fixed? Missing trophies despite high scores at the first of the month is demoralizing.

When can we rename accounts? I know the system doesn't allow it now. But can't the site, or at least account creation, be shut down for a day or two? Then during that time, every account can be issued a unique number identifier (going through alphabetically). Once done, new accounts would be issued the next number in sequence. And then if we wanted to change our name, we could because it would be tied to that number. You could still prevent duplicate usernames. You could limit changing it to once per year and/or charge NeoCash to change it. But PLEASE let us change it, or at least let us somehow transfer our trophies, badges, progress, items, etc. to another account with NeoPass.

This is not the only time he has done this, anyone he doesn't like he has likely stalked. You talk about how important security is to you, time to take out the trash Dom and get this human garbage off your site.

Both users Coltxan and Thumpd were previously frozen for cheating and buying items with real money. However they were both mysteriously unfrozen after contacting the previous CEO. Even with this close call, they still continue to cheat, for example Coltxan recently getting a WoDF from a usershop for essentially free. When can we expect to see justice and these two blatant cheaters frozen again, permanently?

Can TNT staff members please utilize the News Page or TNT Staff message board more? I find it bizarre that there is Neopets discord, reddit, youtube, etc. yet none of these things are allowed to be mentioned whatsoever. The data breach that compromised TONS of accounts occurred more than 2 years ago, however your current system only allows staff to see 2 years of trade data for pets. The information is available past that in your logs, as confirmed by neo_truths. Players who are returning after more than 2 years have been trying to get stolen pets back. Can you please help them?
