FAQ regarding Neopass sounds like you can't disconnect it once you create it, and also if any issues arise, the only solution is deleting it completely, ALONG with ALL your connected Neo accounts. Is this intended? Is this what's actually gonna happen? This, paired with not being able to change the email (are you serious?), makes me not want to ever touch it. It's more of a risk than anything.

When can we rename accounts? I know the system doesn't allow it now. But can't the site, or at least account creation, be shut down for a day or two? Then during that time, every account can be issued a unique number identifier (going through alphabetically). Once done, new accounts would be issued the next number in sequence. And then if we wanted to change our name, we could because it would be tied to that number. You could still prevent duplicate usernames. You could limit changing it to once per year and/or charge NeoCash to change it. But PLEASE let us change it, or at least let us somehow transfer our trophies, badges, progress, items, etc. to another account with NeoPass.

Are there any plans for re-releasing old rare item code prizes? Over 1,000 items are tied to merch items that are no longer produced and thus no longer exist- or that were extremely rare on their release over a decade ago. How does TNT plan to address that? Or are all the items gone to the void- unless I scour eBay? What is your stance on doxxing? One of your current users, Thumpd, has a history of doxxing users, using data leaks and IP info from your "white hat hacker" n_t to stalk users real life information. Most notably creating and publicly spreading a document detailing a user's identity, location, wife and family. Your ambassadors Dice and Herdy can confirm this. This is not the only time he has done this, anyone he doesn't like he has likely stalked. You talk about how important security is to you, time to take out the trash Dom and get this human garbage off your site.

Currently you can buy Key Quest tokens from the mall, but you cannot fully unlock them. The unlock screen says it is unlocked; however, the token remains in NC inventory and the other item never appears. The pop up links to close and refresh or view gallery do not work. More avatars that aren't event based or super expensive for the average player. Captchas for AC AC botting. UCs of pets that were converted, but not into UCs. IE: Old Blue Zafara art.
