Aside from promoted content I do run into work by chance on gallery sites. Webtoon for one, ehentai is another ( it's where I found ABD) liked what I saw and supported ever since. There's also webtoon.xyz I go to as well.

Sometimes somthing I like will pop up on the FA/Weasyl front page while I'm checking my notifications. I also find new artists through the favourite galleries of others. The FA adverts also help from time to time. I believe I first stumbled across you on DA though, but I haven't been on that sight in a long time now...

I just randomly stumble upon stuff while browsing sites like Twitter, FurAffinity, etc., and if I like it, I stick around to follow that artist.

A number of comics I've found by occasionally going through the list on TopWebComics and starting from the beginning on any that look interesting. Most not found that way were comics mentioned by a webcomic author in their comics comments that I then went to check out, or the webcomic specific ad company that alot of webcomics have on their site
