Toxicologist: she is an absolute beast in the field of drugs and poisons. Have her supply Erich with poisons that he can use in the moment.

MKUltra: fantastical drugs can do some crazy shit. Have her research and experiment with various poisons in order to take control of prisoners without relying on necklaces. Likely to employ other methods, such as possession, to supplement. Anything approaching a binding in effectiveness will be prohibitively expensive.
