Now with all other investments being too volatile a lot of major investors on the site have jumped onto hoarding and inflating L54 relevant weapons i.e. Commander Blade, Darigan Generals Sword, Glaive of Verdancy, Greater Orb of the Fire Faerie, Purple Scorchstone and similiar. It's pretty sad to see how people exploit the combined community efforts of making pvp fun and accessible for profit. A mass release of these weapons would help our community a lot! Originally, TNT said that this plot would be more relaxed and that we could 'catch up' one day per week, but this hasn't been the case. I suffer from chronic migraines, which often make it so that I can't use a screen for hours and sometimes days at a time. There's been an issue of a large amount of reversals currently occurring with pets traded on the Pet Trading board that have left users there upset and afraid to trade pets. Many of them occurred with pets that had previously appeared safe or legitimate, some instances even being pets previously cleared by TNT. Is there any way to ensure the legitimacy of these reports so that these reversals can cause as little disruption and upset to the trading scene as possible?

When using account recovery options on the login menu, the emails do not send to gmail accounts. I've been trying for months. In an AMA in April, Dom claimed to believe this is fixed but it isn't. The Void Within plot has issues with awarding the correct amount of plot points...ie: today I had 5 with the new void worm, the first 4 rights I received 30 points. The final fight said I received 25 points. Yet when I checked my total points at the rewards section, i only received 190 points total for my battles.

The rotation of the Premium Scratchcard prizes was well-recieved and I think other non-Premium prize pools would benefit from this treatment as well. The booby prizes for dailies like Tombola, Fruit Machine, and Coltzan haven't been updated in so long and is part of the reason why Charity Corner needed to exist in the first place. More frequent "dailies" prize rotations seem like an easy way to keep new items flowing into the economy. Can we expect to see this kind of prize refresh on the unpaid site features?

Can you address clipping issues with NC items (mainly horns in my experience). They cost real money, but it feels like minimal effort is put in to ensure they fit pets, even on new items. This is often an issue with wigs, but wings are also affected, sometimes appearing to be placed with little regard for pet anatomy. I know I would spend more on NC if there was more QC on these items.

As a premium user, and an NC purchaser, I will not be purchasing or trading for any of the deluxe items. As is, I feel like the standard NC items are often broken/do not layer properly, and these "deluxe" Items make it feel like you will be incentivized to not put any effort into the "standard" items. I might feel differently if the standard NC items were of higher quality, but this really just feels like a cash grab that provides perverse incentives of keeping NP and NC wearable quality low. It should not be on the users to report item by item issues. It's completely unreasonable to sell a broken item and then tell users to let you know that it's broken.

AC XIX was a mess of major proportions. Missteps included adding a 19th team but no 20th team, creating bye days that were on a secret schedule, ending 2 days early for the majority of players, not removing the coding that scheduled practice days for Sundays, which was not the announced dates of the practice days, announcing 2 different end days, moving it to August, ignoring the fact that many players come back to the site at the end of May specifically to participate in the AC, and showing no respect for players' need to be able to manage their schedules. Many of us are dedicated players. I personally have used PTO in the past to be able to play certain days, and I would have been furious if I took a PTO day and it turned out to be my team's secret schedule Bye Day. You have dedicated players who participate every year - please respect our time, effort , and dedication.

There seems to be indiscrimate giveaways of items including items that were supposed to be high-end. This has decimated trading for the high-end market as nobody is buying due to fear. Was this the intention? If not, what's planned to make sure the trading community on the site continues to thrive and be active?

It's really cool that you've been trying to fight inflation. But it's not enough. You could, for example: do monthly rotations on the Battledome prizes, increase the rarity of The Wishing Weel for r98, leave the Attic as it used to work, make Stamos/books/food r90-98 available in daily questions

Could we please get a toggle in account settings such as “Opt out of Main Account Features,” which just blocks gaining NP/items/anything you don’t want done on multiple accounts? As a returning player, I would love being able to know an action is safe without trying to look it up or remember every nuanced clarification- and this would allow us to be covered in the event of accidental forgetting. Hi! Player with an old account returning from a long hiatus. I love a lot of the changes that have been made and it's great that so much of the site has been revived after the death of flash! I do see a lot of complaints from the community and I'm curious if just releasing a roadmap of your planned changes would alleviate a lot of disgruntled players. Keep up the good work! It's exciting to play a game that I played as a child again :)

When will R100 items be fixed to show up in the Neopian shops? They currently restock but are invisible, making the only way to obtain them thru the Wheel of Extravagance. This puts a large pool of items into a nearly unobtainable limbo which is not as TNT had intended.

It has now been a year since most r101 books have inflated across the board. Are there any plans to introduce more r101 readables into the Quest Log prize pool? The latest prize pool (Sep 3) has like one or two, and rare restockable books in the prize pool have already deflated as a result of them already being in the TVW prize pool as battle rewards (e.g. Forbidden Zafara, Extinct Neopian Languages)

Would you consider adding the NeoQuest and NeoQuest II stamps as random drops in those games? i.e. there's a chance of earning a Mipsy/Talinia Stamp when you add those party members, a chance of getting Sword Of Apocalypse Stamp if you receive that weapon, a chance of getting Ramtor, Scuzzy, or Terask Stamps when you beat those bosses, etc... it would be a very fun way to deflate those stamp pages!

Hello there! I'm sure you saw how many questions about false reporting (it's happening frequently, people enjoy false reporting and putting innocent users in trouble, and support literally doesn't seem to communicate or won't care about it). Please please please address the situation and put an end to pet thieving, black market and fix your broken report system! Make pet names non-unique but ID based (every pet site I know switched to this and the userbase is way more happy). A purge can solve things just for so long and even then, people will hack old purgeable accounts to steal the pets or pound them to make them stuck. Please make names not-unique!!

Can you make Dubloons more useful? They're mainly good for training up to a point, after which their utility is limited to the Golden Dubloon (& Little Nippers & the Smuggler's Cove, which have limited usefulness) or selling them. It'd be great if the Dubloon-O-Matic could break down higher denomination Dubloons with options to convert them into specific values (e.g., a 10 into five 2s, five 1s & a 5). Currently, breaking down Dubloons through the Golden Dubloon or Little Nippers leads to a loss in value due to spending Dubloons for lower denominations. This process is time-consuming & frustrating, resulting in atleast a 10% loss in value. Some ideas to increase Dubloon value include a new avvie randomly obtained from the Golden Dubloon when getting takeout & a Dubloon-only slot machine with an avvie & high-score table/trophies. Also, please remove the Flash requirement & seating capacity limit from the Golden Dubloon.

Will we ever get non-unique names? All the issues with UCs are now happening with RW/RN pets (hoarding, black market, targeting, etc). I know names are subjective, but it's pretty much impossible to trade up for RW/RNs after UCs were converted. Plus, now we are having issues with some trades being reversed and people get their old UCs back for a RW/RN they traded for before conversion (which is now worth nothing in the trading scene). Elitism wasn't taken away with the release of NC UCs, it's now in the RN/RW trading scene.

With the release of more and more NCUC pet styles many of us have maxed our pet slots across our main and sides. Is there a plan to make additional pet slots for sale? Many of us don't see the purpose of continuing when we can't move our NC from our own accounts freely as well. Is this also being worked on through neopass?

Has there been any progress on fixing the Trading Post and Auction House glitch that randomly deletes items and NP? I want to safely sell and trade valuable items without that risk. Also, why does the TP have a 2 million NP limit? Even if it worked perfectly, this limit is baffling. Instead of a simple NP/item exchange, we’re forced to use auctions for high-value items, which is inconvenient. Am I missing something about why this limit exists? If you remove or increase the TP limit, please allow users to exchange hoarded Baby PBs for 600k NP each.

Please address what the captcha error ordeal was and if it will be dealt with. Also I know you spoke about the spaghetti code causing lag when adding more pet slots but please let us know if future pet slots are off the table completely or it is actively being worked on to try to figure out how to add more. Many are refusing to buy NC items until they get more slots so you're losing money. And we are far too limited on pet slots! Any plans to make it where you can get trophies for converted games? Is there any reasoning behind only releasing a small amount of some new wearables thus making them expensive with some even being several million while trying to combat inflation and selling offsite of older items?

Once functional aspects of the site are addressed, do you plan to eventually focus on releasing more petpet colours rather than releasing new petpets all the time? There are so many colour options, yet even the most popular petpets have far less than half the available colour options. (Hasees and especially Haseepuss need some love!!)

Would you ever consider releasing avatars or trophies for players who drew "fan design" colours that were chosen to be released? Especially considering there's avatars for Beauty Contests/Caption Contests/Neopian Times. DAILY QUEST PROMPTS: PLEASE for the love of Fyora, remove "Customize a Pet" from being a DAILY. Not only is the customize page a nightmare right now, but I have all of my pets in permanent customs! Even with having a "dress up" pet for fun random things doesn't mean I want to change their custom every single day. Please, please, please - there's SOOOO much to do on the site. Read a Book! Change your Active Pet! Stock 5 Shop Items! Visit the Tombola Guy! Visit the Snowager! Like.... there's so much that's already a "daily," that could slide in naturally to the quests. Please. PLEASE. Can we please get a fast mode battledome to avoid have to do unnecessary clicking? A toggle to skip dialogue and starting automatically a battle instead of having to press "fight" and the fast forward button every time. A "repeat last battle's attack" button would be nice too instead ho having each battle to manually insert the same equip.

What are you going to do about the unfair freezings and reversals that are happening on the PC? You freeze users for “buying and selling pets”, then refuse to provide proof or accept any proof that the user was not cheating, and refuse to entertain any further tickets on the subject. Pet trading is dead because of you. Any high value trades are at risk of being frozen just because a bad actor got report happy. Can you come up with a new system to address disputes regarding pet trades? Some of us are cancelling premium until you address this. #StopTheFreezing

Please, no more mobile games. They are way past their prime. We just want flash games fixed, site featured like Lenny’s conundrum and the random contest, etc. this is what keeps players engaged in the community. Mobile games on top of mobile games when lutari island hasn’t been functional in 15 years is not the move. We just want the existing features fixed and brought back. The last smiley, pet trades, etc. a new mobile game is the last thing anyone wants.

PLEASE bring back key quest! I heard that it’s lost forever, but pleaseeeeee do your best to bring it back. That’s the most important feature on this site to me, it’s so fun! Also, why are users unfairly frozen but “bot” restockers are never frozen? Some users use browser extensions & other software to restock immediately, and that problem has never been solved. Please stop freezing accounts unfairly when many of the unfairly frozen users purchase NC & premium to help keep the site running. PLEASE get rid of the box system for NC trading as well. $2 for a minimum of 2 boxes is outrageous in this economy. I understand this site is a business but draining pockets like this just isnt right. Either the prices in the NC mall should be cheaper or the box system should be abolished. Please please please heed my advice. Please consider adding a 'pet rename token' so that users can display pets with their chosen names, similar to how the nostalgic skins work even if the pet is a different colour underneath. Making pet names non-unique will also address the problem of pet stealing and trade reversals.

Will there ever be an onsite NC "trading post"? We can keep using boxes, just stop forcing us to use third party websites to handle the logistics. On that note, removing the NC trading restriction for side accounts should be a must. If we're only getting a limited number of pet slots, then at least give us the option to FREELY customise our side account pets by letting us transfer our NC items to our side accounts without needing boxes.
