10: Sweet Home- doubles the size of the pocket apartment and allows for spare rooms to be populated with appropriate furniture and equipment. Primary benefit would be creating a prison, in all likelihood, but it is a prerequisite to more exciting demiplane and dungeon upgrades.

15: Demiplane (requires Sweet Home): all jewelry equipped members of the retinue can create portals to and from Erich’s pocket home. These portals and the people in the process of using them are undetectable by normal senses. In addition, Erich gains the ability to create laws in his Demiplane which are magically punished. This is initially limited to punishing violence.

15: Dungeon (requires Sweet Home): Erich gains the ability to assign retinue members to a certain structure or his home dungeon semi-permanently, magically reinforcing the building and giving it certain additional magical functions. Initially the magical functions are limited to expansion, portals, and protecting the dungeon.

The effect starts out fairly mild, but grows stronger with high stakes, symmetry (for example, if he only healed during a battle he’d have the strongest effect on the enemy healer), decisive victory, lower numbers of people involved, and how much Erich is responsible for the win.

20: Instant Capture of Sally Whitemane- she’s very powerful, very hot, has a leadership position with minions that obey her unquestioningly, and can teach Erich how to use the light more effectively, up to and including raising the dead

25: Jewels of Discord- tempest jewelry will actively work to disguise itself while it is being worn, blending into the outfit of the wearer, and identification spells will reveal only the information that will seem least suspicious unless they are already suspicious. Further, jewelry can be infused with magic that will draw the attention of any mission targets or individuals in the catalog who see it, compelling them to covet it and put it on.
