The Ability to toggle RLVa at will totally negates the usefullness of RLVa

Add an option during login to force RLV on for that session, otherwise let RLV be toggleable mid session. Best of both worlds

Once the toggle is implemented, it can easily be hidden according to user preference.

Just create an opt-in checkbox that is restart required next to the enabled checkbox for rlv to act as a lock to keep it enabled. Though to keep transparency there would need to be a scripted way to check for that. Such as a value that returns with a 1 if the user ops to set their viewer send such information(likely with a third checkbox as a sort of privacy option).
