Personal training- fel- once Ursula is captured, or even before, get tutored in demonology, learning how to manipulate souls and summon a voidwalker.

Personal training- light- find a priest who is willing to teach him more advanced holy magic, making him a better healer

Personal training: Shadow- go to undercity, the only place where he might find remotely reasonable practitioners of shadow magic to teach him advanced techniques

Instruction: develop the Brotherhood of Love and Beauty into a real force of dragons, pushing for it continuously

Mustering: connect his disparate factions more, turning them into a more integrated force that he can use as a real army. At this point this would mean bringing dragon-draenei to to Lakeshire.

Finance: seek out rich individuals to capture, reducing his financial burden without draining the Stormwind treasury further

Travel: actively travel around with Lividia, capturing people in different towns and completing minor missions when it is convenient to get regional missions.

Head Hunting: while he doesn’t get a bounty for capturing people, some individuals and archetypes provide rebates on certain defenses. With effort these could provide free defenses or substantial amounts of extra credits.

Secure Duskwood- some of the larger threats in the area have been dealt with and the rest are either compromised or mission targets. Subvert or take over a group in the area to serve as a shell company.
